Abstract:
Provided is a track bed concrete pouring tank truck for direct pouring without transfer, which comprises a stirring structure and a chassis structure, wherein the chassis structure comprises a frame (1-4), the lower side of the frame (1-4) is provided with a front wheel set (1-3) and a rear wheel set (1-12), the front side of the front wheel set (1-3) is also provided with a front rail row steel wheel assembly (3-1), the rear side of the rear wheel set (1-12) is also provided with a rear rail row steel wheel assembly (3-2); the concrete pouring tank truck combination structure is simple and feasible, easy to assemble and disassemble, and capable of converting walking wheel sets by adopting a multi-wheel set structure so as to realize normal walking on a road, a standard main line rail, a tunnel pipe wall and a rail row supported by a rail adjusting support, and a specific amount of the concrete can be directly conveyed from a discharge port to a concrete pouring operation surface through the tank truck, thereby eliminating many complicated procedures in the traditional bucket pouring process and concrete pumping.
