Abstract:
A track floating slab grouting device, comprising a grouting port, a buffer deformation cylinder, a dispersion port and a lap joint surface. The buffer deformation cylinder at the upper portion is a conical cylindrical structure that is large in an upper part and small in a lower part. A grouting port is formed at the top of the buffer deformation cylinder. The lower part of the buffer deformation cylinder is a brim-shaped structure. The bottom of the buffer deformation cylinder is provided with the dispersion port. The bottom surface of the brim-shaped structure is the lap joint surface for lap joint installation. The grouting port is flush with the upper end surface of a floating slab. The outer edge of the buffer deformation cylinder is tightly attached to the inner wall of a grouting hole on the floating slab. The lap joint surface and a vibration-damping pad are assembled together. Hence, the present invention provides a simple structure, is convenient in operation, allows for soft connection between a floating slab and a concrete grouting body, and provides good limiting and buffering and vibration-damping effects.
