Abstract:
Provided are a traditional Chinese medicine compound composition having an anxiolytic effect, and a preparation method and application thereof: compounding extracts separately obtained from Peonia lactiflora, Fructus Gardeniae, Albizia julibrissin flower, and peony bark to prepare a traditional Chinese medicine compound composition having an anxiolytic effect; said traditional Chinese medicine compound composition has no side effects, has remarkable effectiveness, and can be used to treat conditions such as anxiety and agitation and insomnia; furthermore, the traditional Chinese medicine compound composition can be used as a dietary supplement or a health food ingredient, and is used for preventing or treating anxiety disorders and promoting mental health.
