Abstract:
The present invention provides a traffic light for color-deficient people, which makes a signal indication method not much different from a current traffic light indication method such that people with normal color vision and color-blind or color-deficient people alike can easily recognize a signal without confusion. The traffic light of the present invention comprises: a first position indication light provided in the center of a stop light; a second position indication light provided in the center of a caution light; and a third position indication light provided in the center of a go light, wherein the first to third position indication lights are made by uniformly disposing a plurality of red light-emitting lamps, yellow light-emitting lamps, and green light-emitting lamps, a red light-emitting lamp of the stop light and the red light-emitting lamps of the first to third position indication lights are turned on in a stop signal, a yellow light-emitting lamp of the caution light and the yellow light-emitting lamps of the first to third position indication lights are turned on in a caution signal, and a green light-emitting lamp of the go light and the green light-emitting lamps of the first to third position indication lights are turned on in a go signal.
