Abstract:
The present invention relates to a trailer transport system using an autonomous driving method, in which an autonomous vehicle automatically docks with a trailer and transports the trailer to a transport location by autonomous driving, and a trailer transport method using an autonomous driving method. To this end, the present invention provides a trailer transport system using an autonomous driving method, the system comprising: a trailer to be transported; an autonomous vehicle which docks and undocks with the trailer and transports the trailer to a transport location by autonomous driving; and a management server which controls driving of the autonomous vehicle, wherein the autonomous vehicle includes a trailer coupling portion coupled to the lower portion of the trailer, and the trailer includes: a trailer body; a height-adjustable pillar that is coupled to an edge portion of the lower surface of the trailer body and has an adjustable length so as to move the trailer body up and down from the ground; and a vehicle coupling portion that is provided at the bottom of the trailer body and couples with the trailer coupling part.
