Abstract:
Provided are a transaminase mutant and a method for producing chiral amines using the transaminase mutant. The amino acid sequence of the transaminase mutant is an amino acid sequence obtained after mutation occurs to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and the mutation at least comprises one of the following mutation sites: 3, 5, 8, 25, 32, 45, 56, 59, 60, 84, 86, 164, 176, 178, 180, 187, 197, 206, 207, 242, 245, 319, and 324.
