Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a transformer and a manufacturing method, and an electromagnetic device. The transformer comprises a substrate, a magnetic core, transmission line layers, and conductive members. The substrate comprises a central portion and a peripheral portion, and multiple internal through holes and external through holes penetrating the substrates are formed on the central portion and the peripheral portion respectively; an annular receiving recess is formed between the central portion and the peripheral portion; the magnetic core is received in the annular receiving recess; one transmission line layer is disposed at each of two opposite sides of the substrate; each transmission line layer comprises multiple wire patterns; multiple conductive members are disposed in the internal through holes and the external through holes, and used for sequentially connecting the wire patterns on the two transmission line layers; the widths of at least some of the wire patterns are gradually increased along the wiring direction of the corresponding wire patterns, so that the gaps between at least some of adjacent wire patterns remain the same within the projection region of the annular receiving recess. Formation of highly consistent input coil and coupling coil winding the magnetic core improves the consistency of the transformer, thereby improving the yield.
