Abstract:
A transformer matching-based three-power synthesis radio frequency power amplifier. After a radio frequency input signal RFin sequentially passes through an input matching network and a first-stage two-signal amplifier circuit, one signal amplified by the first-stage two-signal amplifier circuit sequentially passes through a first-stage matching network, a second-stage single-signal amplifier circuit, and a first transformer T1, and is then transformed into two differential signals, the two differential signals pass through a third-stage two-signal amplifier circuit, and are then synthesized into one signal by a second transformer T2, the signal formed by synthesis is transmitted to a third transformer T3 together with another signal amplified by the first-stage two-signal amplifier circuit, and the signals are synthesized into a radio frequency output signal RFout by the third transformer T3, thereby reducing the difficulty of impedance matching, effectively optimizing input return loss and gain, and increasing output power.
