Abstract:
Disclosed is a transimpedance mirror filter with adjustable bandwidth, gain and frequency. The transimpedance mirror filter comprises a plurality of four-order low-pass transimpedance filters. Each four-order low-pass transimpedance filter comprises a first two-order low-pass transimpedance filter in an I path and a second two-order low-pass transimpedance filter in a Q path. The first second-order low-pass transimpedance filter comprises a first operational amplifier and a second operational amplifier. The second two-order low-pass transimpedance filter comprises a third operational amplifier and a fourth operational amplifier. Integral links in the two second-order low-pass transimpedance filters are connected in a crossed manner. The transimpedance mirror filter has convenient and efficient capacity for adjusting bandwidth, gain and center frequency, three parameters, i.e., bandwidth, gain and center frequency are only related to respective resistors or capacitors, adjustment of the three parameters does not interfere with one another, and the transimpedance mirror filter is convenient to use; and the filter is smooth in passband, good in stop-band rejection and high in expansibility.
