Abstract:
The present invention relates to a transition metal-based heterogeneous carbonylation reaction catalyst, which has excellent catalyst activity and selectivity in a carbonylation reaction by polymerizing transition metal-based heterogeneous catalyst units by means of cross-linking through the Friedel-Craft reaction and which is easily separated from a product; and to a method for producing a lactone by using the catalyst. The transition metal-based heterogeneous carbonylation reaction catalyst can produce a lactone or succinic anhydride from an epoxide compound while showing high selectivity and facilitates the separation from a product and recycling, and thus the transition metal-based heterogeneous carbonylation reaction catalyst can be used industrially very advantageously.
