Abstract:
A transmission device for use in a die steel processing apparatus. A die steel workpiece to be processed is maintained within a first temperature range by means of a ceramic heating body provided on a roller conveying device (73), and thus, the present invention ensures that the surface crystal property of the die steel workpiece is not changed due to the sudden change of temperature, and the surface of the workpiece is coated with a liquid medium containing nano metal powder by means of a medium brush head (77), so that in the process of performing later-stage processing on a die steel, by using the medium, austenite can be avoided from being formed in the process of processing the die steel workpiece, and thus, the thickness of a deterioration layer is reduced.
