Abstract:
A transmission line (100), which comprises a first ground layer (10), a second ground layer (20) arranged at intervals from the first ground layer (10) and a third ground layer (30) arranged between the first ground layer (10) and the second ground layer (20), the transmission line (100) further comprises a microstrip signal line (40) for signal transmission, a conductive blind hole (60) electrically connected with the microstrip signal line (40) and a strip signal line (50), the strip signal line (50) is electrically connected with the microstrip signal line (40) through the conductive blind hole (60), the third ground layer (30) is provided with an avoidance groove (31), the strip signal line (50) is located in the avoidance groove (31), the microstrip signal line (40) is located on one side, away from the first ground layer (10), of the third ground layer (30), the conductive blind hole (60) is located between the second ground layer (20) and the third ground layer (30), and one end of the conductive blind hole (60) extends into the avoidance groove (31), and the first ground layer (10) is provided with a tuning blind hole (11) which extends towards the conductive blind hole (60) and forms a parasitic capacitance with the conductive blind hole (60). The transmission line (100) can reduce the problems of differential loss mutation and signal leakage at the conductive blind hole (60) by arranging the tuning blind hole (11).
