Abstract:
The present invention provides a transmission mechanism for a sewing machine. The transmission mechanism comprises a feed lifting mechanism, a presser foot lifting mechanism, a thread trimming mechanism, a thread loosening mechanism, a driving motor, a feed adjusting driving member, a presser foot lifting driving member, a thread trimming driving member, a thread loosening driving member, a feed adjusting transmission mechanism in transmission fit with the feed adjusting driving member, a presser foot lifting transmission mechanism in transmission fit with the presser foot lifting driving member, a thread trimming transmission mechanism in transmission fit with the thread trimming driving member, and a thread loosening transmission mechanism in transmission fit with the thread loosening driving member. The feed adjusting driving member, the presser foot lifting driving member, the thread trimming driving member, and the thread loosening driving member are all driven by the driving motor to rotate; the feed adjusting transmission mechanism is connected to a feed lifting swing base in the feed lifting mechanism; the presser foot lifting transmission mechanism is connected to the presser foot lifting mechanism; the thread trimming transmission mechanism is connected to the thread trimming mechanism; the thread loosening transmission mechanism is connected to the thread loosening mechanism. According to the present application, the same driving motor is used to achieve automatic presser foot lifting, the tooth height is adjusted, automatic thread trimming and loosening are achieved, the overall structure of the sewing machine is simplified, the cost is reduced, and the sewing efficiency is improved.
