Abstract:
Disclosed is a transparent light source system for a display device, the system comprising a light source (1) and a light guide plate (2), wherein the light guide plate (2) comprises a light incident surface (21) opposite the light source (1), an upper surface (22), a lower surface (23), and a side surface (24) opposite the light incident surface (21), with the upper surface (22) and the lower surface (23) being parallel to each other, characterized in that a light guide outer film (5) is provided outside the upper surface (22); the upper surface (22) is provided with a first optical microstructure (43) that enables the light transmitted in the light guide plate (2) to be emitted from the upper surface (22); an inner surface (52) of the light guide outer film (5) is provided with a second optical microstructure (53) opposite the first optical microstructure (43); and the second optical microstructure (53) enables the light emitted from the first optical microstructure (43) to be emitted from an outer surface (51) of the light guide outer film (5). The system has the advantages of a good unidirectional light emission to ensure that light is emitted in only one direction, one-step forming of an optical film, a low process difficulty, and a high product yield. In this structure, a light guide inner film (4) can be combined with the light guide plate (2), such that the product can be integrally formed with a simple technological process and low costs.
