Abstract:
A transport conveyor (1) comprises: an upstream conveyor unit (1u); a downstream conveyor unit (1d); and a relay conveyor unit (2T) that changes position between a connected position (Sj) of being disposed in a gap region (Reg) to connect the upstream conveyor unit (1u) and the downstream conveyor unit (1d) and an opened position of being disposed in a non-overlapping region (Ren) not overlapping with a movement route to open the gap region (Reg). A support shaft center (Axs) is disposed higher than a drive shaft center (Axd), and a link mechanism (22) is configured so that when the relay conveyor unit (2T) is in the connected position (Sj), a first pivot shaft center (Ax1) is positioned below a reference imaginary plane (Ls) joining the drive shaft center (Axd) and a second pivot shaft center (Ax2).
