Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention relates to the Internet of Things (IoT) and belongs to the technical field corresponding to IPC code G06Q, etc. The present invention assesses whether an incident has occurred according to whether state information of a payload satisfies a transport condition, and, when it is assessed that an incident has occurred, records the state information as incident information and displays the recorded information along a transported route. [Solution] A server 40: acquires payload information, a transport state of a payload being transported, time information, and position information; assesses whether an incident has occurred according to whether the transport state satisfies a prescribed condition during transport; and, when an incident has occurred, records delivery supervisor information, transport body information, the payload information, and a payload state of the payload being transported in association with each other in a distributed ledger 120 or a database. When and where the incident occurred, and what payload has been transported in what transport state, are then displayed along a transport route on a map for a recipient 100 of a payload 20.
