Description:
Transport platform

The invention refers to a platform used to transport goods which is intended primarily to handle metallurgical products such as slabs and billets. The platform is also used to transport steel plates, bars and other long products of various width and thickness.

Wagons, truck bodies, semi-trailers and trailers are used to transport steel plates, billets, bars and other long products. Wagons and truck bodies have their surfaces on which goods are placed and fastened to prevent them from moving during transport. For the transport of steel components, spacers and wooden structures are used to limit their movement along the vehicle.

The transport of steel products is technically problematic due to the labour-intensive nature of their loading and unloading and use of wood during transport.

The invention makes it possible to design a platform with easy loading and unloading, which eliminates using wood during transport .

The solution in the invention is based on a platform used to transport goods having at least one lock equipped with tabs at various lengths. Preferably, the length of such tabs rises as the distance from the longitudinal axis of symmetry of this platform increases. Preferably, the locks are movable. Preferably, the platform has front walls equipped with tabs of various lengths. Preferably, the length of such tabs in the front walls rises as the distance from the longitudinal axis of symmetry of this platform increases. Preferably, the platform has at least two guides on its sides to which the locks are fixed. Preferably, the platform has four guides arranged at various levels. Preferably, the platform has bottom cubes. Preferably, the platform has top cubes. Preferably, the bottom and top cubes are in the plane line of the end walls. Preferably, the platform is provided with its side walls. Preferably, the spacing of such side walls exceeds the spacing of the cubes. Preferably the locks and the guides have openings. Preferably, the platform is equipped with pins which pass through such openings. Preferably, such openings are spaced differently. Preferably, the platform is provided with its floor. Preferably, the floor is made up of crossbars.

The solution developed under this invention makes it possible to fasten transported goods easily on the platform. The longitudinal lock also prevents such goods from shifting transversely. Preferably, it is possible to transport goods on several levels. The platform - when goods are transported - can be brought back bundled / stacked and thus reduces the amount of space on wagons.

The invented solution in its exemplary embodiment is shown at the following figures: fig. 1 - a view of the lock with tabs, guides and the front wall with tabs, fig. 2 - a view of the lock, fig. 3 - a view of the platform with one element loaded, fig. 4 - a view of the platform with two elements loaded, fig. 5 - a view of the platform with three elements loaded.

The platform used to transport goods in the exemplary embodiment has four locks (1) equipped with tabs (2) of different lengths. The length of such tabs (2) rises as the distance from the longitudinal axis of symmetry of this platform increases. The locks (1) are movable. The platform has the front walls (3) equipped with tabs (4) at various lengths. The length of such tabs (4) rises as the distance from the longitudinal axis of symmetry of this platform increases. The platform has four guides (5) on its sides, to which the locks (1) arranged in two levels are fastened. The platform is equipped with bottom cubes (6) and top cubes (7). The bottom cubes (6) and top cubes (7) are in the plane line of the front walls (3). The platform is provided with the side walls (8). The spacing of such side walls exceeds the spacing of the cubes (6 and 7). The locks (1) and guides (5) are provided with openings (9 and 10, respectively). The platform is equipped with pins (11) which pass through such openings (9 and 10). The openings (9 and 10) are spaced differently. The platform is equipped with the floor (12) made up of crossbars (13).
