Abstract:
A transverse flux reciprocating motor and a reciprocating compressor including the same include a stator having an inner stator and an outer stator located outside and spaced apart from the inner stator in a radial direction, at least one magnet coil wound on the stator, at least one magnet coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the inner stator or an inner circumferential surface of the outer stator and having different magnetic poles arranged in an orthogonal direction of flux generated by the magnet coil, and a mover inserted into a cavity formed between the inner stator and the outer stator, formed of a magnetic material and reciprocating with respect to the stator. A magnetic resonant spring for causing resonant motion of the mover with respect to the stator using force moving to low magnetic resistance between the stator and the mover is implemented, thereby reducing the size and weight of the reciprocating motor and the reciprocating compressor including the same and obtaining higher efficiency.
