Abstract:
The invention refers to a biocide device and in particular to an insect attracting device, such as mosquitos, comprising a suctioning system arranged inside a rigid tube with an attractant diffusion system and a filtering system that allow attracting, suctioning and retaining insects into an insecticide chamber located in said device where these die, thus eliminating said insects. Furthermore, it comprises a suctioning hose that is coupled to the suctioning tube that allows reaching more inaccessible locations where some insects are situated.

Attracting and insecticide device comprising:

- a suctioning tube,

- a suctioning system at one end of the suctioning tube,

- an air and/or insect inlet at the other end of the suctioning tube,

- a power supply connected to the suctioning system,

- at least a filter of a pore size that allows the insects to go into, being arranged at the air inlet,

- at least a filter inside the suctioning tube that protects the suctioning system and retains the insects,

- an insecticide chamber, coupled at the lower part thereof to the suctioning tube, where the retained insects fall in the inner filter and where these die.

- an insect attractant diffusion system being coupled to the suctioning tube.

- a clamp arranged at the air inlet of the suctioning tube where a suctioning hose is connected allowing access to more inaccessible locations where the insects are situated, and

- a handle for gripping and carrying the device arranged outside the suctioning tube.

Device according to claim 1 where the suctioning tube is made of a rigid and resistant material.

Device according to claim 1 where the suctioning system is a reverse rotation fan generating a suctioning stream.

Device according to claim 1 where the power source is a battery and/or a power connection.

Description:
TRAP FOR MOSQUITO CONTROL

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention may be included in the technical field of biocides, in particular to insect pest attracting or repelling biocides.

More specifically, the object of the invention refers to an attracting and insecticide device comprising a suctioning system together with an attracting substance diffusion system which allow attracting and suctioning the insects into an insecticide chamber where they are retained and die.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Currently, biocides are directed to eliminate mainly insects such as mosquitos and flies. These are not only annoying in seasons of the year such as spring and summer, but they also transmit diseases such as dengue. That is the reason of numerous traps and biocides of different nature and designs for controlling the insect population. Document US2010319240, describes a device designed for catching mosquitos by means of a shielded receptacle where mosquitos being suctioned go into until reaching a collecting receptacle by means of a battery-operated fan.

Another document, US2003192229, describes an insect control system being optimized for mosquitos using multiple thermal gradients so as to simulate the body heat emitted by animals, including human beings, for attracting insects, by means of attractants such as aromatic substances, towards an electric receiving element that catches and electrifies them. Although there are several devices for eliminating several types of insects, all of them come into effect when the mosquito gets near this type of devices, leaving free those insects situated in more inaccessible locations. Therefore, considering the previous documents, it is necessary to find alternatives directed to insecticide devices that allow access to these more inaccessible locations where insects place, being easy to use and effective. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention refers to an attracting and insecticide device comprising a suctioning system together with an attractant diffusion system, that allow attracting and suctioning insects into an insecticide chamber in said device, where these are retained and die.

Therefore, an aspect of the present invention refers to an attracting an insecticide device comprising:

- a suctioning tube,

- a suctioning system at one end of the suctioning tube,

- an air and/or insect inlet at the other end of the suctioning tube,

- a power supply connected to the suctioning system,

- at least a filter of a pore size that allows the insects to go into, being arranged at the air inlet,

- at least a filter inside the suctioning tube that protects the suctioning system and retains the insects,

- an insecticide chamber, coupled at the lower part thereof to the suctioning tube, where the retained insects fall in the inner filter and where these die.

- an insect attractant diffusion system being coupled to the suctioning tube.

- a clamp arranged at the air inlet of the suctioning tube where a suctioning hose is connected allowing access to more inaccessible locations where the insects are situated, and

- a handle for gripping and carrying the device arranged outside the suctioning tube. In a preferred embodiment the suctioning tube is made of a rigid and resistant material.

In another preferred embodiment the suctioning system is a reverse rotation fan that generates a suctioning stream. In another preferred embodiment the power supply is a battery and/or a power connection.

REALIZACION PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCION

The following is a description of a preferred embodiment of the invention based on the attached figures.

FIG 1 - It shows the reverse rotation fan (1 ) next to the suctioning tube (4) by means of which air (7) passes in through a filter (5) for big residues up to a second filter (10) where insects are retained and fall into the insecticide chamber (2). Insects are attracted by the vapours of the attractants (8) being emitted by the diffusion chamber (3). The device comprises a clamp (9) for coupling the suctioning hose, a handle (6) for transport thereof and a power connection (1 1 ).

FIG 2 - It shows the suctioning tube (4) by means of which air passes in through a filter (5) for big residues until reaching the insecticide chamber (2). Insects are attracted by the vapours of the attractants (8) being emitted by the diffusion chamber (3). The device comprises a clamp (9) for coupling the suctioning hose and a handle (6) for transport thereof.

FIG 3 - It shows the reverse rotation fan (1 ) location next to the suctioning tube (4) by means of which air passes in through a filter (5) for big residues up to the insecticide chamber (2). Insects are attracted by the vapours of the attractants being emitted by the diffusion chamber (3). The device comprises a clamp (9) for coupling the suctioning hose, a handle (6) for transport thereof and a power connection (1 1 ).
