This application refers to a traspirant shoe with wet air exchange from inside to outside and in the contrary way, through air intakes in the vamp that are made waterproof by particular waterproof fabric and provided with particular insole with appropriate chanals and two saparate air chambers without connecting chanals between them.A particular lining in contact with the insole is provided with special protrusions near the air intakes to be turned below to close the air intakes to avoid the cold air exchange from outside in wintertime.The air intakes are placed both in the sides and in the heel.

1)-a shoe with exchange of the moist air inside under pressure through air intakes made of holes with eyelets in the vamp, waterproof, either in its sides or in the heel and includes an outsole with different materials as leather , rubber, plastic.

2)-a shoe as the claim 1 wherein a vamp of leather , plastic or fabric, is provided with one or more side air intakes and in the heel with inside an air filter made of special waterproof fabric .

3)a shoe as in the claims 1 and 2 provided with an insole in plastic material , foamed , with open cells ,with one or more air convex chambers below separated and without connection channels between them.

7)a shoe as in the previous claims wherein the inside lining in contact of the heel ,has a part with surface in excess or elastic in the center for inserting of the back protrusion of the insole.

8)a shoe as in the previous claims characterized by having a lining glued on the insole, with many holes ,and some protrusions near to the air intakes on the sides and near the heel , to be turned down to close said air intakes.

9)a shoe as in the previous claims characterized by having some air intakes in the vamp visible and other ones hidden by the surmounting upper vamp that is zig zag sewn. 10)-a shoe as in the previous claims characterized for having a stiff insole .commercially called Texon .applied inside on the outsole with a notch in the center under the heel for the air passing.



The present application of the invention refers to a more hygienic shoe and useful for reducing the feet's sweat of the wearers and for getting a more comfortable walking, in particular it refers to a shoe where the foot internal ventilation is obtained by using a special shaped insole with chanals and with waterproof air intakes in the rear part of the shoe ,in the heel, and on the sides and furthermore with an extractable insole for ventilating after the use for hygienic purposes.


In the past many trials have been done for producing some shoes that could reduce the users' feet sweat and for a better comfort ,but by our point of view ,the results were not satisfactory , considering both their low or null functionality .and their bad aesthetic and difficulties for producing .For example some patents refer to an outsole with many holes inside with a waterproof insole on this outsole .with some microholes sized for air passing through but not for the water infiltration.ln this case it was not considered that walking, the dirt, mud , dust, sand , etc, may clog these microholes ,so that the inside ventilation stops soon.

Other patents refer to shoes with one or more oneway valves in the outsole that make air pass through but stop the watenaiso in this case these valves may be dogged by dirt , ud, dust , etc, because these valves are in contact or very near to the dirty surface of the road.so that in a short time of using, without maintenance, they don't work anymore, and the ventilation decreases soon ,and stops after short time of using.

The signed company has asked in the past for some applications of invention referring to traspirant shoes.that with the present application are improved in quality .with appropriate modifies and functional improvements .

In particular in the previous patents the air intakes were not waterproof , so that in case of raining or walking in eventual puddles ,the water infiltration into the shoe might happen.


Considering of the defects and of the working limits of the above shoes in the previous art, the present application refers to a shoe with more improvements in comparison with other shoes, in particular the air intakes are made waterproof inside by a waterproof filter made of a special fabric that on the contrary .being a partial obstacle of the inside air movement, makes an air power loading loss so that the increase of the inside exchanged air pressure and flow are necessary ,and that is possible only with some modifies in particular to the insole chambers below and to the same total insole .It is provided moreover the possibility of the complete extraction of the insole from the shoe to aerate owing to hygienic purpose ,for taking off the moisture and bed smells, besides the improved exchange air flow is got with the outside adjustable in comparison with outside temperature ,in summer or winter ,and more comfortable for the wearer.

The present invention refers to a shoe which includes:-a)an outside outsole, ade of different materials as leather.rubber, plastic or other.-}a vamp made of different materials, as

leatherÔÇ×Fabric,plastic,etc,sewn or glued to the outsole.-cjpossible flat element or insole inside of rigid material (brand name of Texon ) reinforced with a metallic or plastic bar .glued or not to the outsole below.-d)an insole of foamed material, opened cells, porous, traspirant, ith memory, with one or more convex chambers under the sole of the foot and near the heel .which are alternately compressed and expanded walking step by step ,not connected among them ,but each one with appropriately shaped chanals ,so that to have a better exchange of inside wet air for the foot sweat, and it is obtained with one or more air intakes both in the rear part of the shoe ,the heel ,and on the sides of the vamp. These convex chambers are not connected between them .and the chamber nearer to the toe .under the foot sole ,has one or more chanals that exchange the air inside on the vamp sides .the rear one .under the heel .has one or more chanals that exchange the air inside on the vamp sides and furthermore one brief chanal that exchanges the inside air in the heel .The rear chamber under the heel is provided with many hemispheres on its surface for hardening the insole and make easier the returning to the previous shape after the compression.These added elements are hemispheres owing to avoiding sharp edges that create air power load loss in the inside movement.The convex front chamber .under the foot sole ,on the contrary, is without these hemispheres .just for increasing the empty space and to increase the air flow every compressure and every expansion when walking .and for a better foot comfort .particularly sensitive in the front part of the sole , which might suffer if there should be an inhomogeneous surface below owing to these hemispheres .albeit in plastic foamed material and of limited density.-ejon the insole it is glued a thin lining .for example in leather, ith many holes for the air passing through.Near the upper side intakes .this lining has some protrusions of the surface of the insole outline below .so that they can be turned below ,in wintertime, for closing these air intakes .avoiding cold air coming from outside .that could cold down the wearer's feet. Back near the heel .this insole .longer than the outsole and the shoe .just for turning upward , overcomes inside part of the heel and of the counterfort, and it has a plastic foamed protrusion .that is useful for covering part of the heel air intakes .and just for directing the exchanged air towards the heel intakes .avoiding that the inside air could escape through the shoe sides.This protrusion .owing to the longitudinal movement of the foot in the shoe .walking, can be useful also for pushing partially and alternately the inside air .step by step .towards the heel air intakes, added to the pressure of the rear chamber compression

In the rear part of the shoe .the heel includes::-f)an outside vamp.-gjthe rigid counterfort .with one or more holes, as air intakes.or without holes but lower than the vamp air intakes .for avoiding the reduction of its strenght.This counterfort is glued to the outside vamp and it may have an hollow in the edge of the bottom to make easier the air exchange from inside to outside and from outside to inside. The air intakes in the heel which air can be expelled and sucked through .when the rear convex chamber is pressed by the wearer's foot or in expansion, alking, can be visible because including some eyelets ,or not visible because hidden by part of higher surmounting vamp.These air intakes have one fabric not fabric filter .traspirant for air and waterproof.

In comparison to previous patents, for an improvement and powerment of the air flow .whose air exchange .owing of too much pressure and foot 's movements.might be stopped totally or partially ,it has been demonstrated very important to make some curved or rectangular hollows .near the heel ,in the rigid horizontal insole (Texon ),so that to increase the air passing section, avoiding the total air passing and stopping the air traspiration.Further ore in a shoe without the counterfort, as in any mocassins, this hollow must be made in the outsole, increasing the air passing section properly.

So summarizing the modifies and improvements done in comparison to invention applications and utily models are following :

a)-adding of some filters made of a particular waterproof fabric in the vertical air intakes ,if not sourmaunted by the upper vamp .permitting however the air passing but avoiding the water infiltration in case of rain.

b)- the insole has been modified by avoiding the connection between two convex air chambers .for improving mostly the air exchange in the shoe front part where the foot sweats more .increasing the side air exchange , and making up to the air pressure loss owing to waterproof filters' installation.The elimination of the connection central chanals of two air chambers has toughened the central part of the insole that subsequently could easier give way .reducing the thickness and stopping the air passage. c)-the elimination of the hemispheres on the front chamber surface under the foot sole .for having a more empty space of the chamber and a consequently more air flow making up the air pressure loss owing to waterproof filters installing. .In this way an inhomogeneous surface is not obtained that is uncomfortable for the walking foot .particularly sensitive under the sole.

d)-reduction of the height of the insole rear protrusion that covers the rear intakes in the heel .without protruding towards the shoe inside ,so that to permit the insole extraction in a easier way and to avoid protrusions inside in the shoe near the heel .that reduce the shoe fit or inside shoe space .troubling the foot movemenLThe addition of an elastic lining on the heel maintains the insole in a stable position when walking.

e)-the air intakes number is increased ,by putting both on the sides and in the heel.

f)-the possibility of total or partial closure from inside of the air intakes by insole lining protrusions, to turn down , under the insole, mainly in wintertime, to avoid cold air input that obviously could cool down also the feet.

g)-mainly in the coolest period ,with the closure of air intakes ,the air ricirculation is less and only in the shoe upward.


The objectives of the invention have been reached as demonstrated by the solutions shown in the drawings to make more understandable the invention ,but they are only indicative of some solutions but not limiting them.

The following detailed description shows the invention as an example and not as a limitation.This description clearly wants to put in the condition an expert person to realize and to use this

invention, ith possible changes to the shown solutions,without going away from the purpose of the invention ,so that the following description and the enclosed drawings are to be understood as illustrative and not limiting.

The shoe as present invention ,shown in fig .1 includes :a)an outsole 1 made of different materials as rubber, leather, plastic.-b) a vamp 2, ade of different materials as leather, plastic, fabric, etc, sewn or glued to the outsole.-c) a possible rigid insole 9 (called commercially Texon ) glued or nor to the outsole, ith an hollow to make easier the air exchange through the air intakes 13..-d)an insole or footbed 3 of foamed porous material ,of open cells , connected among them ,as air balls ,with memory , mainly with one or more convex chambers 7 and 8 under the foot sole and the heel , separate and not connected between them ,that are step by step compressed and expanded , alking step by step ,so that to obtain an inside ventilation .while the air is sucked and thrown out through one or more holes 13 as air intakes in the rear heel and on sides .The air intakes are made waterproof by a filter 16 made of a particular waterproof fabric .The air chamber under the heel is provided with emispheres 17 on its surface for thoughening the insole .increasing the material memory and for making easier the return to the previous original shape after the compression ,on the contrary the air chamber 7 is without hemispheres to have more empty space and consequently a greater air flo , mainly under the foot sole subject to sweat and more sensitive to an inhomogeneous surface below that might trouble walking .On the foamed insole a thin leather lining 4 is put or of other material with many holes 18 for the air passage through .The protrusion 19 of the insole is of use to contain the exchange air and to send it towards the air intakes 13.The lining 14 has an elastic part 15 to maintain fix the insole protrusion 19 when walking.

The fig.2 shows the plan of the lower insole surface 1 where the convex air chamber under the heel 3 is provided with the support hemispheres 4 ,on the contrary the front air chamber 2 under the foot sole is without the hemispheres to have a greater empty space and consequently a greater air flow.The air chamber 3 under the heel is provided with one or more chanals 7 and T that make the air exchange on sides .besides it has the protrusion 5 with the chanal 8 with the function of covering the air intakes in the heel vamp , directing the air towards them.The swelling 9 of the protrusion 5 has the function of shutting of the chanal 8 ,to avoid the escape of the air upward.The lining protrusions 11 and 11' glued on the insole l,are of use to be turned downward to close the air passage in the side vamp intakes.ln the same way the lining protrusions 10 and 10 * have the function of being turned downward for closing the air passage through the rear heel intake.

The fig.3 shows the plant the rigid insole (Texon) , glued or not glued to the outsole,with the little rectangular carving 2 .useful for the air passage when the insole is much compressed by the foot The fig.4 shows the inside lining in contact of the heel .part of which glued ,on the contrary the elastic one is not glued for containing the protrusion 5 of the fig.2.

The fig.5 shows the front elevation of the shows 2 with outsole 1 .with the side intakes with their eyelets and the rear intake 5 in the heel connected with one or more intakes on the other side of the shoe.
