Abstract:
A TRE-based assembled permanent cylindrical formwork and a manufacturing method therefor, comprising first plates (1), second plates (2), circumferential bolts (4), longitudinal bolts (5), nuts, and gaskets. Bolt holes (3) are reserved at the positions where the first and second plates (1, 2) are assembled; the lower end and the left end of each first plate (1) are each provided with a protruding block, and the right end of each first plate is provided with a recess matching the protruding block; the upper end and the lower end of each second plate (2) are each provided with a recess matching the protruding block at the lower end of each first plate (1), the left end of each second plate (2) is provided with a protruding block extending in a circumferential direction, and the right end of each second plate is provided with a recess matching the protruding block; each circumferential bolt (4) and each longitudinal bolt (5) comprise two bolt heads at the head and tail ends and a bolt bar. The first plates (1) and the second plates (2) are made of an engineered cementitious composite (ECC) and textile reinforced concrete (6). The manufacturing method mainly comprises the steps of manufacturing a mold, reserving the bolt holes (3), cutting the textile reinforced concrete (6), pouring the ECC, and the like. The formwork is convenient to assemble and easy to stack.
