Abstract:
The present invention relates to a treadmill. The treadmill according to the present invention applies the driving force required for the rotation of a rotary belt by using the weight of a user, while also applying braking force by using the weight of the user, so as to noticeably prevent the risk of the user from falling because of a brake part of a supporting plate, and provides user convenience enabling the user to walk with ease, like walking on a flat land, since the brake part is parallel to or almost parallel to a horizontal line.
