Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a treatment liquid that is for use in surface treatment of a valve structure attached to a container, and that can provide the valve structure with high adhesiveness with respect to a thermally fusible film, an adhesive agent, etc. [Solution] This treatment liquid is for use in surface treatment of a valve structure attached to a container. The valve structure comprises: a casing that has formed therein a passage for discharging gas generated inside the container to the outside of the container; and a valve mechanism that is held in the casing and that, when internal pressure of the container is increased due to the gas generated inside the container, causes the gas to pass toward the outside of the container through the passage. The treatment liquid is used for at least a part of the surface of the casing, and has phosphoric acid, chromium nitrate, and an acryl-based resin and/or an aminated phenolic polymer.
