Abstract:
The invention relates to the technical field of co-crystal pesticides, and in particular relates to a triazole sulcotrione-salicylic acid co-crystal, a preparation method thereof, and an application thereof. The triazole sulcotrione-salicylic acid co-crystal comprises a salicylic acid molecule and a triazole sulcotrione molecule. The molar ratio of the triazole sulcotrione molecule to the salicylic acid molecule is 2:1. The co-crystal further includes two water molecules in crystalline-form. The solubility of triazole sulcotrione in the co-crystal is increased by about ten times, far exceeding that of the triazole sulcotrione polymorph A. The physicochemical properties of the co-crystal are stable, and the bioassay data indicates that the triazole sulcotrione-salicylic acid co-crystal has significant enhanced drug effects on weeds such as cockspur grass and red sprangletop.
