Abstract:
Disclosed are a tripeptide propylene oxide derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The structure of the tripeptide ethylene oxide derivative is as represented by formula I. Compared with the prior art, the present invention provides tripeptide epoxy ketone compounds having a novel structure and having the function of inhibiting a proteasome. As 20S proteasome inhibitors, the compounds can block tumor cell proliferation and induce apoptosis in tumor cell, and therefore can be used for the treatment and prevention of a plurality of diseases of human and animals such as malignant tumor. The effect is significantly better.
