Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of low-voltage electrical appliances, and discloses a tripping device for a circuit breaker. The tripping device comprises a static iron core, a moving armature, a coil group, a yoke, an extension spring, and a bimetal sheet; the moving armature and the yoke cooperate with one another, the moving armature is can rotate relative to the yoke, and at the same time, a limiting member is disposed on the movable armature to act on the yoke, so as to form the fastening of the initial position of the movable armature; and the yoke is tightly connected to the static iron core. In one aspect, the present invention retains the coil group in a solenoid tripping device, and by using the characteristics of multiple turns of the coil group, the magnetic induction intensity of the static iron core in a magnetic circuit system can be effectively increased, thereby increasing the suction force between the static iron core and the moving armature, and further ensuring the short-circuit protection capability of the product small current circuit breaker. In another aspect, by means of the working mode of the rotating movement of the moving armature and the yoke, the sensitivity in the manufacturing of parts and the requirements for the precision of parts are effectively reduced, and the number of parts is reduced, thereby increasing the reliability of the product and effectively reducing manufacturing costs.
