Abstract:
Provided is a tube cleaning device, comprising a positioning plate (10), and a first cleaning tank (12) and a second cleaning tank (14) which are sequentially disposed in a horizontal direction, wherein the first cleaning tank (12) has installed thereon a positioning seat (18) which is configured with a positioning slot (20) and two surrounding walls (21), with an elongated magnet (22) being disposed at an inner side of each of the surrounding walls (21), and a first elongated through hole (24) passing through a bottom wall of the positioning slot (20); a lower portion of the positioning plate (10) is disposed inside the positioning slot (20), with a second elongated through hole (26) being passing the positioning plate (10); and a cylinder (28) and a cleaning brush (32) connected to a cylinder arm (30) of the cylinder (28) are disposed above the first cleaning tank (12), the cleaning brush (32) comprising a cleaning brush body (34) and a plurality of bristles (36) disposed on the cleaning brush body (34) in a staggered manner. The two elongated magnets (22) attract each other such that the two elongated magnets (22) press the positioning plate (10) in opposite directions, and the positioning plate (10) deforms such that the tube is firmly clamped by the positioning plate (10), which allows thorough cleaning at low cost. The bottom of the tube is not brought into contact with an inner side of the bottom wall of the first cleaning tank in order to avoid contamination of the tube.
