Abstract:
Disclosed are a tubular cover film structure (10) and a preparation method thereof, and a film-covered stent. The tubular cover film structure (10) comprises a main tube (100), at least one sealing portion (400), and two or more branch tubes (200, 300). The main tube (100) is connected to and in communication with terminal ends of the respective branch tubes (200, 300). A transition region formed by the sealing portion (400) is present between the terminal ends of at least a pair of adjacent branch tubes (200, 300) and the main tube (100). The sealing portion (400) is integrally formed with the main tube (100) and the at least a pair of branch tubes (200, 300) by means of braiding, such that a sealed connection is created between the tubes to prevent blood from oozing out at the transition region. The film-covered stent comprises the tubular cover film structure (10) and a stent main body, the tubular cover film structure (10) covering an outer surface of the stent main body. The tubular cover film structure (10) greatly reduces the amount of blood oozing out at a junction between the main tube (100) and the branch tubes (200, 300).
