Abstract:
A tunnel dryer comprises a feeding mechanism (1), a tunnel drying chamber (2), a discharge storage container (3), and a conveyor belt (4). One end of the conveyor belt (4) is located below the feeding mechanism (1), and the other end passes through the tunnel drying chamber (2) and is disposed above the discharge storage container (3). The feeding mechanism (1) comprises a hopper (11), a mixing mechanism, and an early warning mechanism. The top of the hopper (11) is provided with a feeding port (12), and the bottom of the hopper (11) is provided with a discharge port (13). The mixing mechanism comprises a mixing motor (14), a mixing blade (15), and a mixing drive shaft (16). The early warning mechanism comprises an early warning motor (17), an early warning drive shaft (18), and an early warning blade (19). The tunnel drying chamber (2) comprises a main body (21), a partition plate (22), a hot air chamber (23), a hot air duct (24), a hot air stove (25), and a hot air circulation pump (26). The tunnel dryer has a simple structure, saves time and effort, provides even heating, and achieves high drying efficiency and improved heat energy utilization.
