Abstract:

A turnover machine having a waste material recycling function, comprising a machine frame (1); a right-angled turnover frame (2) rotatably connected to the machine frame (1); a cylinder (3) driving the turnover frame (2) to turn over; a small pulley (4) connected, in a rolling manner, to a side surface of the turnover frame (2); a large pulley (5) connected, in a rolling manner, to the bottom surface of the turnover frame (2); and a bottom edge-removal mechanism (6) connected to the machine frame (1) being movable upward and downward. The turnover machine further comprises a waste material recycling assembly; during operation, the large pulley (5) carries the blank that has been turned over to travel to the right to a predetermined position, the bottom edge-removal mechanism (6) removes the bottom edge of the blank, the removed bottom edge falls onto a conveying belt (11) of the waste material recycling assembly, and the conveying belt (11) travels to convey the removed bottom edge to a waste material collection cavity (14).
