Abstract:
A twin-screw anti-arching feeding device, comprising a transmission device and a feeding body (1). The transmission device comprises a speed reduction transmission motor (2), and a driving gear and a propeller shaft motor are provided inside a case (3), the driving gear drives one end of two feeding twin screw shafts (4) each, a first feeding screw (7) and a second feeding screw (8) are both provided inside a feeding barrel (9), an electric base (14) is provided inside an accommodating box (13), a stirring propeller shaft (15) is provided inside the electric base (14), the stirring propeller shaft (15) passes through a first through hole (11) and a second through hole, the feeding body (1) is arranged at the top of the feeding barrel (9), and a sealing cap (16) is arranged at the top of the stirring propeller shaft (15), a connection block (17) is provided at the bottom of the sealing cap (16), and the connection block (17) is connected to several stirring blades (18), one end of each of the stirring blades (18) is connected to a side wall of the connection block (17), a cushion block (19) is provided at the bottom of the other end of each stirring blade, and lower surfaces of the cushion blocks (19) are provided above the top of the feeding barrel (9). The twin-screw anti-arching feeding device feeds materials uniformly, and can increase the service life of the equipment and improve the stability of the production product.
