Abstract:
Disclosed is a two-liquid-type, double-row structured trochoid pump for transferring high-viscosity liquids under high pressure. The present invention is configured such that: a front body, a first housing, a center body, a second housing, and a rear body are sequentially coupled, thereby forming an outer body; a first idler is coupled inside the first housing; a first rotor is inserted inside the first idler; a second idler is coupled inside the second housing; and a second rotor is inserted inside the second idler. A shaft is coupled through the front body, first housing, center body, second housing, rear body, and first and second rotors. The shaft is connected to an external electric motor. According to the present invention, one trochoid pump can accomplish the objective, as opposed to requiring two conventional gear pumps or two conventional trochoid pumps, and thus transfer equipment can be reduced in size and weight by reducing the number of attachments and control units comprised in the transfer equipment to one.
