Abstract:
The present invention relates to a two-plate injection molding machine capable of electric mold opening/closing, comprising a machine base, a fixed mold plate, a movable mold plate, and a mold opening/closing device, wherein the mold opening/closing device comprises a mold locking mechanism, a mold moving mechanism, and a mold clamping mechanism. In the present invention, on the one hand, a middle clamping high-pressure cylinder and a plurality of clamping tie rods work together to apply force on a mold, such that the mold is clamped under relatively uniform stress, thereby improving mold clamping accuracy; on the other hand, mold moving and mold clamping can be performed synchronously without pause, such that not only is the process simple and rapid, but the mold positioning accuracy and mold opening/closing repetition precision can be effectively improved. In addition, the opening/closing of the mold can be achieved without a reset action of the clamping tie rods, such that the action is smooth, and the idle cycle (dry cycle) of the injection molding machine itself is also shortened.
