Abstract:
Disclosed are a two-stage fuse structure capable of withstanding lightning current, configured to fuse a protection circuit when the current exceeds a rated value in a fuse and comprising a first-stage conductor connected to an electrode and a second-stage conductor connected to another electrode. The first-stage conductor and the second-stage conductor are connected in series; the fusing point of the first-stage conductor is higher than that of the second-stage conductor; and the second-stage conductor fuse the circuit when the first-stage conductor is energized and generates heat which is transferred to the second-stage conductor and has a temperature higher than the fusing point. The fuse structure in the present invention can withstand great lightning current pulse without fusing and can be fused under low-power frequency current by using a fuse temperature diffusion technology, a staged fuse material combination technology, and a staged fuse inductance cancellation technology.
