Abstract:
An image sequence photographing device for photographing a sequence of images of an object to be observed comprises: a lighting unit configured to be capable of sequentially irradiating the object to be observed with a plurality of light beams having different wavelength bands; a digital camera for photographing the object to be observed that is illuminated by the plurality of light beams emitted by the lighting unit; a controller for controlling the lighting unit and the digital camera; and an image processing unit that extracts, from images photographed by the digital camera, a plurality of channel images respectively corresponding to the wavelength bands, so as to obtain a sequence of images of the object to be photographed.
