Abstract:
The present invention is formed so that a plurality of delay cells provide square-wave voltages to a plurality of transistors in accordance with specific time periods, the plurality of transistors transfer current to an oscillator in accordance with the specific time periods, and the oscillator receives the current so as to generate a plurality of sinusoidal voltages exponentially attenuated, and thus ultra-wideband pulses are outputted from an output terminal. According to the present invention, the side lobe of the ultra-wideband pulses generated by an ultra-wideband pulse generator is suppressed so as not to exceed the federal communication commission (FCC) spectrum mask, and thus it is possible to conform to the FCC spectrum mask.
