Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention as to achieve, without the effect of radio waves, directivity with only a specific party, confidentiality of not being able to decode digital data even if intercepted at a position other than that of the specific party, and communication which suppresses noise to the surroundings and does not generate an unnecessary electric field. In order to achieve the purpose, this ultrasonic communication device, which transmits information by ultrasonic waves, is configured so as to have: a plurality of ultrasonic elements for emitting ultrasonic waves to a transmission unit; a modulation unit for modulating carrier waves by transmission information and outputting modulated waves; a time division unit for time-dividing the modulated waves into a plurality thereof; a generation unit for disturbing signals; an addition and subtraction unit for adding and subtracting the disturbing signals to/from the divided modulated waves so as to make an opposite phase relationship; a distance correction unit that obtains distance correction information for correcting position information from the plurality of ultrasonic elements to a microphone on a receiving side device and corrects the phase delay amount and the amplitude of each of the divided modulated waves; and a control unit for controlling the entirety of the transmission unit; and is configured so as to drive the plurality of ultrasonic elements by each of the divided modulated waves, which have been corrected, to emit the ultrasonic waves.
