Abstract:
An ultrasonic radiation tool having a plurality of plate-form elements, a support body, and a first adhesive. Each of the plurality of plate-form elements has, on the obverse or reverse surface thereof, a radiation surface that is irradiated with ultrasonic waves. The support body holds the plurality of plate-form elements in an arrangement such that the plurality of radiation surfaces are oriented toward the same position from mutually different directions. The first adhesive bonds the plurality of plate-form elements and the support body together. Each of the plurality of plate-form elements has a plurality of vibration elements that generate, at a plurality of positions within the radiation surface, vibrations for producing ultrasonic waves. The first adhesive is bonded to the side surfaces of each of the plurality of plate-form elements.
