Abstract:
An ultrasonic sensor driving apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an ultrasonic sensor for transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic signal; a driving unit for driving the ultrasonic sensor; and a control unit for controlling the driving unit to drive the ultrasonic sensor, wherein the driving unit is controlled so that the ultrasonic sensor is driven in such a manner that two or more of resonance frequencies of the ultrasonic sensor which vary depending on temperature are alternately output. According to the present invention, in driving the ultrasonic sensor, uniform sensitivity characteristics appear over the entire temperature range from a low temperature to a high temperature, so that reliability according to temperature may be improved. Accordingly, it is possible to achieve uniform performance over the entire temperature range, irrespective of the accuracy of a temperature measurement method.
