Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ultrasound probe cartridge comprising: an operation unit (100) which generates an ultrasound wave so as to scan the surface of an object to be inspected with the ultrasound wave, and which is filled with an ultrasound transfer medium therein; a central processing module (200) which is coupled to the upper part of the operation unit (100) and which controls the generation of the ultrasound wave; and a housing part (300) encompassing the operation unit (100) and the central processing module (200), wherein the operation unit (100) comprises: an ultrasound transducer (110), which comprises a frequency oscillator to which a piezoelectric element is coupled, is located inside the operation unit (100) so as to generate the ultrasound wave, and moves by the operation of a transport device (130); the transport device (130) located on the upper side of the operation unit (100), and coupled to the upper surface of the ultrasound transducer (110) so as to move the ultrasound transducer (110); and a pressure buffering device (150), having air pocket shape with an open upper part, that is located beside the transport device (130) and penetrates the lower part of the central processing module (200) and the upper part of the operation unit (100) so as to act as a buffer for internal pressure of the operation unit (100), and the central processing module (200) comprises an oscillation circuit for frequency oscillation and constantly maintains the temperature of the ultrasound transfer medium filled in the housing part (300) at a predetermined temperature through unique frequency matching when the cartridge is operated.
