Abstract:
[Problem] To provide underwear having high absorption and in which an uncomfortable feeling is unlikely to occur when worn. [Solution] According to one embodiment of the present invention, underwear is provided. The underwear comprises a waterproof section, a first moisture-absorbing fabric, and a second moisture-absorbing fabric. The waterproof section has an opening. The first moisture-absorbing fabric has a seam allowance section obtained by folding back a portion thereof, a first surface of the seam allowance section of the first moisture-absorbing fabric being opposed to a first surface of the waterproof section and sewed so as to surround at least a part of the periphery of the opening. The first surface of the first moisture-absorbing fabric is positioned on the waterproof section side by being folded back at the seam allowance section, and positioned on the opposite side from the waterproof side in portions other than the seam allowance section. The second moisture-absorbing fabric is positioned on the second surface side of the waterproof section so as to cover at least the opening.
