An underwear steel underwire having soft end portions (2). The underwear steel underwire comprises an arc-shaped body (1), wherein the arc-shaped body (1) is made of metal, the two soft end portions (2) are formed at two ends of the arc-shaped body (1) by means of an annealing treatment, and internal stress of the material at two ends of the arc-shaped body (1) is released by means of annealing, such that the hardness of the two ends of the arc-shaped body (1) is reduced, so that the arc-shaped body (1) is softened to form the soft end portions (2); and when the soft end portions (2) are subjected to an external force, the soft end portions can deform autonomously, such that no auxiliary member is needed, the durability is better, the underwear steel underwire is integrally formed, the whole underwear steel underwire is more aesthetic, the excellent bearing force and shaping capacity of a traditional hard metal steel underwire are retained, the softness of a soft steel underwire is also achieved, the constriction of the underwear steel underwire on the front core and armpits of the chest of a woman is reduced, and the soft end portions (2) can completely deform under the state of being subjected to an external force, such that the wearing of same is more comfortable, and the end portion of the steel underwire can be effectively prevented from piercing underwear and scratching skin.
