Description:
Underwire Corset

Technical Field

The invention relates to underwire corsets, which are used in women's clothing products such as wedding dresses and evening dresses to look thinner and more aesthetic, or to protect the body in various health problems such as herniated disc.

Prior Art

Especially in the field of women's clothing, corsets are used for health reasons such as correcting some posture disorders or to make the body look beautiful. Said corsets generally have a flexible structure. Corsets may contain underwires made of metal or plastic material. The underwires in the corsets used in the current technique are sewn in one piece up to or slightly above the hips.

An underwire corset is mentioned in the national utility model document coded TR2006/03447 in the prior art. Said underwire corset includes globes that cover the chest area and are used in all kinds of clothing such as evening dresses, wedding dresses and similar in the women's clothing industry. In addition, the said corset includes underwire in any form and in an appropriate number according to body size. Said corset includes underwire throughout the garment. The aforementioned underwires cause discomfort to the user due to the pressure and tension caused by body structure and/or posture and/or during movements such as sitting up and bending over.

In the American patent document coded US5938500 in the prior art, a combined bra and underwear with removable cups is mentioned. Said underwear comprises a body-covering cincher having a pair of downwardly curved underwire portions together with a pair of detachably attachable breast support cups. Breast support cups describe fasteners that work together with fasteners formed on the lower wires to removably secure the breast support cups to the torso-covering underwear. Arrangements are illustrated using a body-covering garment called a cincher. It is used with various connection mechanisms to fix the breast support cups. The underwires used in the said patent document are used to support the bra.

The underwires used in corsets in the prior art cause discomfort and sometimes harm to the user due to the pressure and tension caused by the body structure and/or posture and/or during movements such as sitting up and bending over. When the wearer sits up or bends in some way, the lower part of the ballet forces the user's abdomen. Due to the use of monolithic underwire, the user's abdominal area is strained and the user is uncomfortable.

Purpose of the Invention

The purpose of the invention is to obtain an underwire corset that allows the body to move more easily by breaking the resistance (by leaving unfinished) along the underwires due to the pressure and tension created during movements such as sitting and standing and/or due to body structure and/or posture.

Another aim of the invention is to obtain an underwire corset that does not disturb the user, is suitable for long-term use as well as for special occasions, makes the body look more aesthetic, attractive and slim from the outside.

The underwire corset developed to achieve the aforementioned purposes is characterized in that; including the joint (30) which is in the end of underwires (11) of the upper part (10) and fastens the said upper part (10) with the lower part (20) and thus, enables the body to move more comfortably by breaking the resistance (leaving unfinished) along the underwire due to pressure and tension, the underwired (21) lower part (20) extending through the upper part (10) from the joint (30) in the lower part of the said joint (30) and/or the underwired (11) upper part (10) located on the said lower part (20), and locating the joint (30) in a way that the area near the middle part of the underwires (21) in the lower part (20) and the area near the tip of the underwire (11) in the upper part (10) are patched up in order to minimize the feeling of discomfort and deformation in the abdominal region caused by the pressure and tension due to the body structure and/or posture and/or during movements such as sitting up and bending over.

(10) Upper part

(11) Underwire (20) Lower part

(21) Underwire (30) Joint (40) Belt Explanation of the Invention

The invention relates to underwire corsets, which are used in women's clothing products such as wedding dresses and evening dresses to look thinner and more aesthetic, or to protect the body in various health problems such as herniated disc.

The underwire garment of the invention consists of the upper part (10), the lower part (20), the joint (30) and the belt (40). There are underwires (11, 21) on the upper part (10) and the lower part (20).

Thanks to the underwires (11, 21), the lower part (20) and the upper part (10) are achieved to be more hard, rigid and stable. Thus, a more neat and aesthetic looking dress is obtained. The excess weight in the user's body remains in the corset. Thanks to the corset, which is the subject of the application, it is ensured that the body has a more smooth and attractive posture and appearance, regardless of whether the user has an overweight problem or not. In addition, individuals with various orthopaedic problems such as herniated disc are provided to keep their body properly. In the preferred application of the invention, underwires (11, 21) made of plastic are used. In alternative applications of the invention, baleens made of metal can be used. In alternative embodiments of the invention, the underwires (11, 21) can also be produced from different materials such as metal, fabric and cardboard so as to make the lower part (20) and/or the upper part (10) more rigid and stable.

In the alternative application of the invention, a reinforced layer consisting of plastic, metal, cardboard or fabric can be used instead of the underwires (11, 21) used in the lower part (20) and the upper part (10).

The dress which is the subject of the invention includes two main parts, the lower part (20) and the upper part (10). The lower part (20) and the upper part (10) are fixed to each other at their joints (30). In the mentioned fixing process, suture technique is preferably used. In the alternative application of the invention, various bonding methods can be used as well as the sewing technique. The lower part (20) and the upper part (10) are made of fabric material. The lower part (20) and the upper part (10) mentioned in alternative embodiments of the invention can be made of any wearable material.

In the alternative application of the invention, the dress does not contain any sewing, gluing, etc. It can also be obtained by cutting a piece of fabric without processing. After cutting, the lower part (20) and the upper part (10) are joined again over the joint (30).

While the lower part (20) and the upper part (10) are fixed to each other; Each of the underwires (21) on the lower part (20) and the underwires (11) on the upper part (10) are positioned so that they do not overlap each other. In this way, the underwire corset offers a comfortable use.

The lower part (20) and the upper part (10) contain independent underwire sets. The underwire (21) set exclusive to the lower piece (20) and the set of underwire (11) exclusive to the upper piece (10) are separate from each other. The underwire (21) set exclusive to the lower piece (20) and the set of underwire (11) exclusive to the upper piece (10) operate independently of each other. The upper part (10) and the lower part (20) contain a certain number and length of underwire (11, 21) depending on the fabric type and design features.

The underwired (11, 21) lower part (20) and the upper part (10) can be positioned on top of each other in accordance with the desired body. The upper part (10) is fixed to the lower part (20) from where the underwires (11) end. After fixing, the upper part (10) remains on the lower part (20). Said fixing process is done from the joint (30). In the preferred application of the invention, the fixing process is done with the sewing technique. In alternative embodiments of the invention, fixing can also be done with velcro and snap fasteners.

The underwire corset, which is the subject of the invention, consists of two separate parts, the lower part (20) and the upper part (10), which are fixed to each other at the joints (30). During movements such as bending, sitting, standing, etc. the ends of the underwires (11, 21) in the upper part (10) and/or the lower part (20) do not disturb the user. Since the lower part (20) and the upper part (10) are fixed to each other from their joints, the load/pressure generated during the movements such as bending, sitting, lifting, etc. is directed towards the joint (30) not the ends of the underwire (11, 21).

The underwire (21 ) of the lower part (20) extends from under the j oint (30) towards the upper part (10). The lower part (20) protects the abdominal region. In this way, it is ensured that the abdominal region looks smooth.

Excess weights in the abdominal region, especially during the bending movement, make a pot outward. This pothole is compensated by the middle or near the middle of the underwires (21) in the lower part (20) instead of the tip of the underwires (11, 21) in the lower part (20) and/or the upper part (10), and thus, from the outside the body is prevented from stopping the pot. The strength exerted by the abdominal region coincides with the middle or near the middle of the underwires (21) in the lower part (20) and is transmitted to the junction (30). The joint (30) divides the force applied to the upper part (10) and the lower part (20) into two. In this way, it is ensured that the body is more comfortable. However, the underwires (11, 21) do not sting the user as they do not coincide perpendicularly to the abdominal region of the user who shows bending motion. In this way, a comfortable use is obtained. Thanks to the invention, a product suitable not only for special occasions but also for daily use has been obtained.

There is a joint (30) on the front of the underwire corset, which is made of two main parts, which is the subject of the invention. In the rear part, the upper part (10) and the lower part (20) are not fixed to each other. In this way, the user is not disturbed during the movements such as bending, sitting, standing, etc. The upper part (10) can change shape with the body in the up-down direction. The user can adjust and fix the back part of the upper part (10) in accordance with her body with the adjustment belts (40). There is an adjustment belt (40) on the back part of the upper part (20) to adjust the size. The adjustment belt (40) includes a velcro loop and/or a velcro hook. In this way, the user can make the desired size adjustment without any help. In alternative applications of the invention, snaps and/or adjustment rope can be used instead of velcro. In alternative applications of the invention, all kinds of products that allow adjustment such as snap fasteners and/or adjustment rope can be used instead of velcro.

The invention relates to underwire corsets, which are used in women's clothing products such as wedding dresses and evening dresses to look thinner and more aesthetic, or to protect the body in various health problems such as herniated disc and characterized in that; including the joint (30) which is in the end of underwires (11) of the upper part (10) and fixes the said upper part (10) with the lower part (20) and thus, enables the body to move more comfortably by breaking the resistance (leaving unfinished) along the underwire due to pressure and tension, the underwired (21) lower part (20) extending through the upper part (10) from the joint (30) in the lower part of the said joint (30) and/or the underwired (11) upper part (10) located on the said lower part (20), characterized in that locating the joint (30) in a way that the area near the middle part of the underwires (21) in the lower part (20) and the area near the tip of the underwire (11) in the upper part (10) are patched up in order to minimize the feeling of discomfort and deformation in the abdominal region caused by the pressure and tension due to the body structure and/or posture and/or during movements such as sitting up and bending over.

The pressure that occurs during the movement is kept by the underwires (21) in the lower part (20) without being reflected upwards. The pressure held by the underwires (21) is divided by the joint (30). In this way, pressure is not transferred to the upper part and does not cause discomfort to the user. The underwires (21) in the lower part (20) extend upwards. In this way, the pressure that may occur in the abdominal region is prevented. However, the formation of potholes is also prevented. The underwire corset, which is the subject of the invention, offers a comfortable use as it does not put pressure on the abdomen. In addition, since the pothole is prevented, the body looks more aesthetic, attractive and thin.

The underwires (21) in the lower part (20) extend after the joint (30). A pressure and tension occur in the abdominal region of the user during movements such as sitting up and bending over and/or due to the user's body structure and/or posture. The pressure and tension disturb the user. The pressure is taken by the underwires (21) in the lower part (20) and is not transferred to the upper part (10). Since the pressure created is not transferred to the upper part (10), the user can move freely and comfortably.

The invention relates to corsets, which are used in women's clothing products such as wedding dresses and evening dresses to look thinner and more aesthetic or to protect the body from various health problems such as herniated disc and is characterized in that;

- including the joint (30), which is located at the end of the reinforced layer of the upper part (10) and ensures that the mentioned upper part (10) and the lower part (20) are fixed to each other, thus allows the body to move more easily by breaking (preventing) the resistance along the strengthened layer resulting from body structure and/or posture, and/or due to tension and pressure formed during actions such as sitting up and bending over; including a reinforced layered lower part (20) extending from the joint (30) towards the upper part (10) at the lower part of the mentioned joint (30) and/or a reinforced layered upper part (10) positioned above the mentioned lower part (20), - positioning of the mentioned joint (30) to combine a region close to the end of the reinforced layer on the upper part (10) and a region close to the middle of the reinforced layer in the lower part (20) in order to minimize the discomfort and deformation in the abdominal region due to the pressure and tension caused by body structure and/or posture and/or during actions such as sitting up and bending over.
