Provided are a uniformity detection device for a tire curing bladder (3) and a detection method thereof. The detection device comprises a device main body (1), which has an internal cavity (106) consistent with the inner contour of a tire produced by the tire curing bladder (3) to be detected, a sealing structure for sealing the open end of the tire curing bladder (3), a heating medium pipe, a detection hole (105) communicated from the exterior of the device main body (1) to the internal cavity (106), and a pressure sensor (2) of a movable probe (201) located in the internal cavity (106) is fixedly installed in the detection hole (105). By simulating the working condition, the internal pressure and the medium temperature of the tire curing bladder (3) both can reach parameter values of a real application, the uniformity of the tire curing bladder (3) after deformation or during the use is detected, and the detection result can predict the use frequency of the tire curing bladder (3), and has a guidance effect on the structural improvement of the tire curing bladder (3).
