Abstract:
Disclosed is a uniformly-partitioned high-precision sub-reflector device with a two-stage pose adjustment function, relating to the fields of communication, measurement and control, radio astronomy etc. The sub-reflector device of the present invention comprises an adjustment device, a sub-reflector, a single-layer space back frame, and a panel fine-adjustment device. The adjustment device uses a multi-rod six-degree-of-freedom sub-reflector adjustment mechanism with a movable platform and a fixed platform as a plane truss, so as to achieve a primary pose adjustment of the sub-reflector; the sub-reflector is composed of a polygon panel and a plurality of sector panels which are uniformly partitioned; the ratio of the number of inner edges to the number of outer edges of the single-layer space back frame is 1 to 2 so as to provide a structural support for the sub-reflector; and the panel fine-adjustment device is used for achieving a secondary pose adjustment of the sub-reflector. The device can not only achieve two-stage pose adjustment of the sub-reflector, but can also improve the integral rigidity of the sub-reflector and reduce the overall weight; moreover, the installation adjustment efficiency and the adjustment precision can be improved.
