Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a rain water storage and infiltration facility that provides easy assembly of the constructs, a higher strength of the construction unit members of the constructs, and the entire structure that is hard to deform by dispersing various forces applied on the constructs. [Solution] This rain water storage and infiltration facility includes: lower frame block units 40 arranged in the x and y directions with a distance d interposed therebetween, the distance being corresponding to the width dimension of an arm section 13 of a cross flat section 12 of a unit block member 10; and a plurality of upper frame block units disposed on the upper side of the lower frame block units 40 in the positions offset in the diagonal direction, the upper frame block units being arranged in the x and y directions over rectangular recesses 15 at the four corners adjacent in the diagonal directions of the four lower frame block units, wherein the rectangular recesses 15 of the lower and upper frame block units are bonded to each other.
