Abstract:
The present application provides an unloading control method and device, a mixing plant, and a readable storage medium. The unloading control method comprises: obtaining a material formula, and according to the material formula, determining a first silo and a second silo which are adjacent in the unloading sequence; obtaining an unloading time period and the weight of aggregate in the first silo when an unloading door of the first silo is opened; determining an unloading speed according to the unloading time period and the weight of the aggregate in the first silo; and determining an unloading time interval between the second silo and the first silo according to the unloading speed and the distance between the first silo and the second silo. By means of the unloading control method in the present application, real-time working conditions of unloading can be determined, so as to intelligently adjust the unloading time interval between two silos which are adjacent in the unloading sequence, thereby achieving no heap, no overflow, and seamless connection of material flows, and achieving the purposes of accurate and efficient production and saving manpower and material resources.
