Abstract:
Provided is an unlocking mechanism of a drilling rig outer barrel, the unlocking mechanism comprising a connection pipe (2), an outer barrel (3), and a lock pin (1), wherein the connection pipe (2), the outer barrel (3) and the lock pin (1) are coaxial; the lock pin (1) is located inside the connection pipe (2); the outer diameter of a front section of the connection pipe (2) is less than the inner diameter of the outer barrel (3); a through hole A (21) is provided at a side wall of the front section of the connection pipe (2); a groove A (11) is provided at an outer wall of the lock pin (1); and a groove B (31) is provided at an inner wall of the outer barrel (3). The unlocking mechanism further comprises a peg (4), wherein the length of the peg (4) is greater than the depth of the through hole A (21), and the peg (4) is located inside the through hole A (21); an outer end of the peg (4) is chamfered and/or a side face of the groove B (31) is a bevel; the width of the groove A (11) is not less than the width of the inner end of the peg (4); the width of the groove B (31) is not less than the width of the outer end of the peg (4); before starting, the front end of the connection pipe (2) is located inside the outer barrel (3), the peg (4) is in front of the groove A (11), an inner end face of the peg (4) is in a sliding fit with the outer wall of the lock pin (1), and the outer end of the peg (4) is embedded in the groove B (31); and after starting, the inner end of the peg (4) is embedded in the groove A (11), and the distance from the inner end face of the pin (4) to the inner wall of the outer barrel (3) is greater than the length of the peg (4). According to the unlocking mechanism of a drilling rig outer barrel, the outer barrel (3) can be tightly locked before a drilling rig works, and when the drilling rig starts to work, the constraint on the outer barrel (3) is released.
