Abstract:
An available work storage unit 13 stores machinery/equipment 4 on which an unmanned aircraft 2 is to carry out work, and work content which can be carried out on the machinery/equipment 4. A work content acquisition unit 14 acquires machinery/equipment 4 on which work is to be carried out, and work content to be carried out by the unmanned aircraft 2. A flight plan creation unit 15 determines identification information regarding the machinery/equipment 4 acquired by the work content acquisition unit 14, and a work position for the unmanned aircraft 2 on the basis of the work content, and creates a flight plan for carrying out work at the determined work position.
