Abstract:
The present invention discloses an unmanned boat capable of performing unmanned water resource management tasks such as water quality measurement. The disclosed unmanned boat comprises: a boat hull and a propulsion unit for propelling the hull; a navigation unit providing information to set the direction in which the hull is to move; an observation unit for detecting water resource information at a desired point along the route of travel of the hull; and a communication control unit controlling each unit and transmitting and receiving detected information to and from a control station. The unmanned boat as structured above is operated through communication with a control station and can easily obtain, in an unmanned and automated state, accurate water resource information on a wide area beyond the visually detectable range of an operator, so that when used, the efficiency of water resource management can be maximized, thus largely contributing to the improvement of water resources.
